Rob,

how about a CA forum for them. A place for them to go like we do. I seet the CA training and implementation stuff in another section, but that is for us. Can we create a CA forum for them and "lock them out" from our stuff?

We could set up a separate forum for them. I'm sure there's a way to create separate sections (groups) within this board with exclusive access. One foreseeable problem with CA's communicating with each other however, is them discussing sensitive issues like salary. We'd have to monitor what info we want our CA's sharing.
