I received an e-mail from Dr. Kessinger today regarding the KCUCS modules:
Dr. Kessinger wrote: Dr. Pierson, I have looked over the schedule and see the following dates as possibilities: The weekends of October 25, November 15, & December 13 are open. We are in the midst of setting our 2009 schedule so I am unsure past December (should know these details by next week). I think the best way to go about it will be to do the X-ray, Instrumentation, Adjusting and Neurology classes. We can have Continuing Education hours for Instrumentation, Adjusting and Neurology classes if the doctors so choose. X-ray is a little more difficult because most states require DACBR’s to be instructors. If you have doctors wanting CE hours we will need to know the States as soon as possible to see what is needed. States work differently and some require paperwork 30 days or more before the seminar for approval. It is a GREAT offer having the classes in Dr. Judson’s office. It should be the perfect set-up. These classes are pretty intensive. They should get you where you need to be as far as doing Upper Cervical work in your office. Let me know if any of this works. I would love the opportunity to SERVE your group. Robert Kessinger, DC KCUCS Certification Program KCUCS World Missions 1424 Kurre Lane Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 www.kcucs.orgrkessinger7@gmail.com
Let me know if the dates he listed works well for everyone.
He is going to be getting back to me on cost of the modules
PS.... Page 2 Owned!!!!!!!!!..Nice job Steve....Our 1st page 2 on the forums!!!

Dr. Kessinger wrote: We usually do $275 for each module. Since the office space is provided (and we won’t have to do the hotel room rental, etc.) I think $225 will be fair. There’s an additional $25 for CE hours (which is our cost to run through a CCE accredited school).
Which states will need to be covered for license renewal? We can look into the requirements of each state to make sure we are OK and to see if there are other fees we don’t know at this time.
We may need to bring another guy from our group to help pending the size of the class. I think this is a great idea and we would love to help!
Does anyone have a problem with the prices or dates?
Post up and let me know

Price is a bargain... the lives you're going to save knowing this stuff is PRICELESS!
What about the students at UB... think we could get a few to come up for a fair student price?

I can ask Dr. K when I talk to him. They do these at palmer and Life, so I can't imagine that would be a problem.
Do the dates work for you?

Jim,
I think the cost is fair.
As for the dates, in my opinion, I think scheduling for 2009 is the best option. I doubt many of us have our schedules filled for 2009 yet (at least not too deeply). With 10 weeks to go in 2008, take a look at potential scheduling conflicts.....
October 11: Go Green Fair
October 18: Johnny B
October 25th (and 26): NBC 30 Health Fair and I know a number of us are already registered for that. I believe the fair goes from 10-6 on both days. (I'd happily come afterwards.)
Nov 1 is DE (which it sounds like Dr. K will be at anyway)
Nov 22 the CCC has Dan Murphy coming in.
Nov 29 is Thanksgiving weekend.
Personally, I have commitments for Nov 15 (wedding), Dec 6 (church event) and 27 (X-mas weekend). That leave me free dates on Nov 8, Dec 13, and 20 (up in the air for X-Mas) and that's it for 2008.

OK. I'll give Kessinger a call tomorrow and see what he says. It just may be a while before we can actually get it scheduled, as he has to lay out all 12 of his modules (6 each for Palmer and Life) for calender year '09 and then fit us in somewhere in there.
